What happens before a pilot?
  1. 01

    Confirm the fit

We check your bank, sales platforms and settlement records. Only sources with verified automatic collection are included.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope

We agree the connections, history, volume and total monthly cost. Extra locations, premium feeds and historical clean-up are quoted separately.

  3. 03

    Review two cycles

Together, we assess collection reliability, time spent reviewing and the evidence behind each match over two settlement cycles.

The initial scope is read-only reconciliation. Your accountant keeps responsibility for the books and financial decisions.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Talk to our teamhello@onsell.app

What is OnSell?

OnSell is developing an AI workspace around the work accounting firms and merchants do: bookkeeping preparation, bank and payment reconciliation, monthly reporting, cash-flow planning, performance analysis and audit preparation. We’re starting with reconciliation, source evidence and reviewed monthly summaries; the broader workflows are planned extensions. Your team keeps control of accounting and tax decisions and final sign-off.

Who is the pilot for?

We’re starting with accounting firms and merchants in Qatar, especially restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens using two or more payout-generating channels. A pilot depends on recurring reconciliation work and a combination of sales, settlement and bank sources we can collect automatically.

Can I use the product today?

The product is in development. The workspace shows an interactive concept using sample data. We begin with a conversation about your workflow; any pilot follows verified source access and an agreed scope.

Which banks and platforms are connected?

No live connections or partnerships are confirmed here. We’re exploring approved access with banks and sales platforms. Availability must be checked for your account type and the settlement detail needed. Record types shown on this page illustrate the planned workflow; supported sources will be confirmed before a pilot.

Will I need to keep uploading files?

No recurring uploads, downloads or forwarding are planned. The merchant would authorise supported sources during onboarding, then OnSell would collect the records automatically. Occasional reauthorisation may be needed. Each source must pass access, completeness and reliability checks before it is offered.

Can I keep my accounting software?

Yes. OnSell is being designed to prepare the reconciliation for your existing accounting workflow. Exports with source references are planned so your team can review and record the results. Native accounting integrations are not confirmed, and OnSell does not replace your general ledger or bookkeeping service.

How much will it cost?

Proposed monthly pricing is QAR299 for one business location, or QAR999 for an accounting firm with five active client businesses, plus QAR149 per additional eligible client. Supported sources, limits and the final price will be agreed before a paid pilot. Joining the waitlist creates no payment obligation.

How does AI help with the numbers?

A calculation engine produces figures from records and confirmed terms. AI phrases suggested explanations and draft client briefs from those results; it does not invent amounts or make decisions. Your team reviews the output. Missing data stays unknown, never zero. A difference can reflect timing or valid deductions and needs review before a conclusion.

How will client records be protected?

Planned controls include client data isolation, access by role, explicit consent, encryption and defined retention and deletion policies. These controls and the production deployment still need verification before live records are admitted; this is not a certification claim. The workflow is read-only: OnSell does not move money or change bank or platform records. Your team retains review decisions.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

You share contact and basic business details so we can understand your needs. No account is connected, no financial records are requested and no subscription is created. Please don’t send statements or account credentials through the form.
